These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FocusQuadrant ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FocusQuadrant is a personal productivity tool that helps you capture, prioritise, and act on tasks using the Eisenhower Matrix. Features include a drag-and-drop task board, AI-powered quadrant suggestions, a Pomodoro focus timer, project collaboration, and CSV data export.
You must be at least 16 years old to use FocusQuadrant. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@eisenhowermatrix.tech if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised use of your account.
Pricing. FocusQuadrant is a paid subscription service billed monthly at $10 USD/month. First-time subscribers may receive a promotional rate for the first billing cycle.
Billing. Payments are processed by DodoPayments. By subscribing you authorise DodoPayments to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then and for a 7-day grace period thereafter.
Refunds. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 3 days of the charge.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, your subscription will be placed on hold. We will retry payment automatically. Continued failure may result in loss of access.
Price changes. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You own the tasks, notes, tags, and project data you create in FocusQuadrant ("Your Content"). By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You can export Your Content at any time using the CSV export feature in Settings. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
FocusQuadrant uses a third-party AI model to suggest which quadrant a task belongs in. When you use this feature, the task title you have typed is sent to the AI provider for processing.
Do not include sensitive information in task titles. This includes passwords, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, medical information, or any other data you would not want shared with a third party. Task titles sent to the AI feature leave our servers and are processed by an external provider.
AI suggestions are provided for convenience only. They may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are always in control of where a task is placed.
AI suggestion usage is capped at 10 per month per user on the standard plan.
Project owners may invite other users to collaborate. By accepting an invitation you agree that the project owner can see tasks you create within that project and assign tasks to you. You can leave a project at any time from within the app. The invitee must also be a paid subscriber to FocusQuadrant.
You are responsible for the users you invite. Do not invite individuals without their consent.
FocusQuadrant and its design, code, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our name, logo, or trademarks.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes; see our Privacy Policy for details.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
