How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel subscription". You'll keep full access for 7 days after cancelling.

I was charged but can't access the dashboard.

This can happen if your payment is still processing. Wait a few minutes and refresh. If the issue persists, email us and we'll sort it out immediately.

I forgot my password.

On the login page, use the "Magic link" tab to sign in with just your email — no password needed.

How do I invite someone to a project?

Open a project in the Projects view, then use the invite button to add a collaborator by email.
