Focus Quadrant is a web app that helps individuals and teams decide what truly matters using the Eisenhower Matrix framework. Tasks are captured in an inbox queue and dragged into one of four quadrants: Do (urgent + important), Plan (important, not urgent), Delegate (urgent, not important), or Drop (neither). AI-powered quadrant suggestions, a built-in Pomodoro focus timer, project collaboration, and custom themes are included.

## Core Concepts

**The four quadrants:**
- **Do** (urgent + important): Handle immediately. These define your day.
- **Plan** (important, not urgent): Schedule dedicated time. This is where long-term progress lives.
- **Delegate** (urgent, not important): Hand off to someone else. Urgency doesn't require your unique skill.
- **Drop** (not urgent, not important): Eliminate entirely. No guilt required.

**Eisenhower Matrix:** A decision framework attributed to U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower and popularized by Stephen Covey. It separates tasks by two axes — urgency and importance — to surface what deserves your attention versus what merely feels pressing.

**Pomodoro Technique:** 25-minute focused work intervals with short breaks. Used in Focus Quadrant's built-in focus mode to protect execution time on Do and Plan tasks.
